Bimol Singh is now 32 years of age.
He is a daily wage earner. He has two kids. He went to a local govt. school. He knows Manipuri, mother tongue. He cannot read an English text. He wish if they were taught English properly in school, he could have made a better living.
Library for All sets up library in govt. schools and provide coaching to enhance English language competencies of the children.
